No labels? No problem.

Challenge

Ryoji Ikeda's data-verse is a set of experiential pieces that focus around sight, sound, and sensation. How can a design elevate that feeling without distracting from the experience at hand?

Goal

Create a takeaway piece, building banner, and welcoming graphic that brings people into the space to learn from it, as well as having something to remember their visit.

Solution

I created and printed sets of thousands of takeaway brochures that feature key questions about the exhibition for reflection, information about the work in each space, and information about the artist. Throughout this process, I proofed with curators, tested papers, and calibrated our printers to handle large quanities of prints.
